If you told us 5 years ago this is where we’d be, it was a pipe dream – a castle in the sky kinda thing. A soft IPA has become part of our repertoire, it has a huge grain bill, creating a pillowy soft base to carry all those big hops we love to use. Expect super citrus zinging and sun-kissed tropical fruits with a warm hint of ginger. It’s all about flavour and fun, because it’s only beer right…? Using two new hops, HP065 bringing lime, ginger and pineapple, with a slight spice forward character and Nelson Bliss which is giving guava, sweet citrus and nectarine
