A vivid blonde ale produced using only the finest Maris Otter malt and fresh Lake District water which is then double hopped with two varieties of Golding hops and finally fermented using our very own yeast to create an earthy floral ale with lemon and lime overtones with a remarkable clean final bitterness. Blonde was first brewed as a summer ‘special’, but it proved so popular that it is now one of our permanent beers.
